Scacciadiavoli Montefalco Rosso DOC comes from clay soil and is harvested in mid-September to mid-October. It undergoes meticulous aging in French oak barriques and large tanks for 12 months, followed by an additional 6 months in the bottle. This Sangiovese-dominant blend, rounded with Merlot and other traditional Montefalco grapes, captivates with aromas of underbrush and red berries.
