Palazzo Vecchio Cabernet Sauvignon is born from vineyards situated at 290 meters in altitude with a North exposure. The unique terroir comprises clay and sandy soils with roots tracing back to the Pliocene era. The winemaking process involves fermentation at 20-22°C, with a generous 20 days of maceration on the skins. Following this, 20% of the wine undergoes a 10-month aging period in barrique, while the remaining 80% ages gracefully in stainless steel. The resulting deep ruby red wine captivates with enticing aromas of blackberries, sweet spices, and tobacco. The palate is a harmonious interplay of fruit flavors, creating a wine that is both expressive and elegant.
