Rosato Aurora by Fattoria Poggerino is a Toscana IGT pink wine that showcases 100% Sangiovese grapes. The vineyard, cultivated with a guyot training system and a density of 5,000 vines per hectare, undergoes dual harvests. The first harvest, occurring the last week of August/first week of September, involves a late green harvest. The second harvest, in the last 10 days of September/first week of October, follows a saignée technique, combining musts from both harvests for fermentation at 13-15°C. This meticulous winemaking process yields a fresh, fruity wine with enticing floral notes. Rosato Aurora captivates with its radiant character, offering a delightful palate that pairs seamlessly with salads, sushi, shellfish starters, and light white meat. Certified organic.
