Following this, they undergo a maceration period of 12-24 hours, adding depth and character to the wine. This enchanting pink wine is achieved through a meticulous fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, maintaining a constant temperature of 26-28°C for approximately 10 days. During fermentation, the grape must remains in contact with the skins through circulation pumping for 12-24 hours. This results in a wine that boasts a harmonious blend of the traditional and the modern, all in one bottle. The Lagrein Rosato showcases a radiant rose color, with delightful notes of rose petals and red fruits gracing the palate.
