Cabernet Sauvignon - 40%, Merlot - 50%, Syrah - 10%. This luxury cuvee is carefully blended from estate-grown grapes; Cabernet Sauvignon grown on ancient alluvial sand; Merlot on rich clay soil; and Syrah on mineral-rich, stoney soils. We hand-harvest our vineyard bringing the fruit to our gravity-fed winery. Aging in French Alliers oak barriques for 12 months gives the wine rich complexity. Estate bottled by Tenuta Borro - San Giustino - Aresso - Italia. Alc. 13.5% by Vol. Product of Italy.
